Middlesbrough
will host Chelsea in the FA Cup quarter-finals, while Southampton will
entertain Manchester City and Liverpool will travel to face Nottingham
Forest or Huddersfield.
Crystal Palace will play Everton or Boreham Wood in the other tie, as
Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City all avoided each other.
Middlesbrough will welcome Thomas Tuchel's Chelsea to the Riverside having
knocked out Premier League giants Manchester United and Tottenham in
successive rounds.
Southampton against Manchester City has the potential to be the only
all-Premier League tie, though Boreham Wood would need to pull off an
enormous shock and win at Everton in Thursday's fifth-round tie for that to
be the case.
Should Everton win, they will travel to face Patrick Vieira's Palace at
Selhurst Park in the quarters, while Jurgen Klopp's recently-crowned Carabao
Cup champions Liverpool will face a Championship side in either Nottingham
Forest or Huddersfield - with the former having already knocked out the two
most recent FA Cup winner in Leicester City and Arsenal.
Forest face Huddersfield in their fifth-round tie on Monday.
