Team news
Record-signing Tanguy Ndombele will be back in contention for Tottenham's
Premier League game with Chelsea. The France international has missed the
last three games with a groin injury but is now fit, along with Michel Vorm
(calf).
Erik Lamela (hamstring), Ben Davies (ankle) and Hugo Lloris (elbow) all
remain injured.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek is Chelsea's sole missing star. The England midfielder
has stepped up his recovery from a long-term heel problem, but is not yet
ready for a playing return. Olivier Giroud (ankle) and Fikayo Tomori (hip)
are ready to return.

Chelsea (L2), as many as they had in their previous 20 against them in the

(D5 L6). The Blues had been unbeaten in their 17 top-flight away games

(excluding own goals), more than any side has had against another in the
competition.

level with Arsenal), while only West Ham (100) have lost more such games
than Tottenham (87).
have won four of their last five Premier League games (L1), more than they
had in their previous 15 in the competition (W3 D6 L6).
Chelsea have lost four of their last five Premier League matches (W1) - as
many as they had in their previous 24 in the competition (W14 D6 L4). The
Blues haven't lost three consecutive Premier League games since November
2015.

1994 (17 defeats).
Tottenham manager José Mourinho has won 12 and lost none of his 13 home
games in all competitions against sides he's previously managed, including
winning all three against Chelsea (once with Inter Milan, twice with
Manchester United).
Tottenham's Dele Alli has scored five goals in his last four Premier League
meetings against Chelsea. Against no side has he scored more goals in the
competition (5).

Charlie's prediction
It is another cracker. The match is the 'Special One' against the intriguing
one, or the potential one.
Frank Lampard has done a great job so far but Chelsea have been up and down
as we expected. Inconsistency is a thing, but this will be the case with
whatever he is trying to achieve until they establish themselves a bit more.
This will take a while, perhaps a season-and-a-half with these players.
Jose Mourinho is ruthless and that is the agenda for Tottenham right now.
They are still in the Champions League but they are just wanting to win
games in general - this was the reason Mourinho was brought in. If they try
to force the game, Chelsea could pick them off. and Lampard will be curious
as to test Tottenham's defence. With Willian, Tammy Abraham and Mason Mount
you have lots of energy and lots of ways to exploit out wide, but I cannot
separate them.
CHARLIE PREDICTS: 2-2 (11/1 with Sky Bet)
