Chelsea
midfielder Cesc Fabregas will fly to Monaco on Sunday to hold talks with the
French club, according to Sky sources.
Fabregas is expected to join the Ligue 1 side this month after five
successful years at Stamford Bridge.
The 31-year-old has struggled for regular first-team opportunities this
season under Maurizio Sarri and has played just six games in the Premier
League, five coming as a substitute.
Fabregas captained Chelsea to a 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup
on Saturday, and the midfielder appeared to wave goodbye to Blues supporters
when substituted in the closing stages of the match.
England international Gary Cahill is also expected to leave Chelsea during
the January window.
Sky sources understand Fulham are keen to sign the 33-year-old, who has made
just one substitute appearance in the Premier League this season.
