Chelsea
defender Baba Rahman has re-joined Schalke on loan for the remainder of the
season.
Rahman spent half of last season on loan at the Bundesliga club before his
spell in Gelsenkirchen was cut short by a knee injury.
The 23-year-old Ghana international suffered knee ligament damage while at
the Africa Cup of Nations in February and has not made a single appearance
for the Blues this season.
Chelsea confirmed the loan move in a statement on Monday, which read: "Baba
Rahman has today joined Schalke on loan until the end of the 2018/19
season."
The Blues also confirmed Brazilian forward Nathan has joined Portuguese side
Belenenses until the end of the current campaign.
