FA Cup R3: Mersey Rivals To Face Off  (Sky Sports)

Everton and LiverpoolLiverpool will play host to local rivals Everton in the third round of the FA Cup next month.

It will be a second meeting in the space of a month for the Mersey rivals, who also lock horns at Anfield this Sunday, live on Sky Sports.

The draw was held on Monday night and cup holders Arsenal face a trip to Championship side Nottingham Forest while Manchester United will welcome Derby.

Premier League leaders Manchester City were drawn at home to Burnley and last season's beaten finalists Chelsea will be away at Norwich.

'The M23 Derby' between Brighton and Crystal Palace was contested in the Premier League for the first time last week and the duo will square off once again at the Amex in the third round of the Cup, while Championship sides Middlesbrough and Sunderland will meet in another eye-catching derby.

League One side AFC Wimbledon can look forward to a day out at Wembley, having been drawn away at London rivals Tottenham.

And League Two leaders Luton have also been handed an enticing away day - the Hatters will be heading to St James' Park for a clash with Newcastle.

Non-league Hereford will welcome 2016 Premier League champions Leicester to Edgar Street, if they can first win their replay against League One side Fleetwood.

And National League outfit AFC Fylde will make a trip to Premier League Bournemouth if they can upset the odds in their second-round replay at Wigan.

The third round has produced numerous upsets over the years and potential victims this season include West Ham, who are away at League One promotion-chasers Shrewsbury, and Premier League basement boys Swansea, who face a very tough trip to Championship leaders Wolves.
