Chelsea
striker Loic Remy is in talks with Las Palmas over a move to the La Liga
side, Sky sources understand.
Remy could join on loan or for a small fee if a permanent deal is struck, as
he has entered the last year of his deal at Stamford Bridge and is deemed
surplus to requirements by Antonio Conte.
The arrival of Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid has seen opportunities further
limited for the 30-year-old Frenchman, despite the ongoing impasse over
Diego Costa's future at the club.
Remy joined the Blues from west London rivals QPR in August 2014 and has
scored 12 times in 46 appearances for Chelsea.
Only eight of those appearances came last season, however, and Remy has not
even made it into a matchday squad during the current campaign.
