Kenedy
has received a formal warning from the Football Association over social
media comments made during Chelsea's pre-season tour of China in July,
according to Sky sources.
An FA spokesperson confirmed the 21-year-old has been formally warned and
will not be charged. Kenedy has also been warned over his future conduct.
The Premier League champions sent the player back to England and issued a
public apology after the Brazilian made negative comments about China on his
Instagram account.
Kenedy has since apologised and Chelsea followed suit, confirming the winger
had been disciplined for his actions.
The FA noted the 'swift and decisive' disciplinary action taken by Chelsea
regarding the matter.
