Chelsea
lifted the Premier League trophy at Stamford Bridge after a 5-1 victory over
Sunderland on Sunday.
The Blues, who won the league after their 1-0 win at West Brom earlier in
May, overcame a spirited Sunderland display to secure a record-breaking 30th
Premier League victory in a single campaign.
It is the club's second title in three seasons and the fifth lifted by
captain John Terry, who played his final home game for the Blues before his
summer departure.
Javier Manquillo gave the visitors a surprise early lead but Chelsea hit
back through Willian, Eden Hazard, Pedro and a late Michy Batshuayi double.
They will now turn their attention to Wembley on Saturday, where they face
Arsenal in the FA Cup final.
