Chelsea's
Thibaut Courtois and Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini are out
of Belgium's friendly against Russia on Tuesday.
Goalkeeper Courtois has been diagnosed with a hip problem while Fellaini has
a toe injury. Both had played in the World Cup qualifying draw against
Greece on Saturday.
The pair join fellow Premier League stars Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard in
being ruled out for the Red Devils.
Chelsea star Hazard was sidelined last week because of a calf problem while
De Bruyne returned to Manchester City after picking up a groin injury.
Hazard and Courtois are therefore doubts for Chelsea's next game against
Crystal Palace on Saturday.
United face West Brom at Old Trafford on Saturday, and there is concern over
De Bruyne as City prepare for a crucial Premier League clash with Arsenal,
live on Sky Sports 1 HD this weekend.
