are expected to ring the changes when they host Bristol Rovers in the second
round of the EFL Cup on Tuesday night.
The Blues have won both of their matches so far this season and boss Antonio
Conte is likely to rest his senior players against the League One
opposition.
Colombia winger Juan Cuadrado is a target for Juventus and will miss out,
and defender Kurt Zouma remains sidelined with long-term knee trouble.

This is the first time Chelsea have played in Round 2 of the League Cup
since the 1996-97 season, where they beat Blackpool 5-4 on aggregate before
losing out to Bolton in Round 3.
The Pirates won the last meeting between these sides, in a Division Two
match back in March 1981 (1-0).
The Blues have won their last eight League Cup ties against lower-ranked
opposition, since losing on penalties to Burnley in November 2008.
Bristol Rovers haven't reached Round 3 of the League Cup since 2000-01,
where they eliminated Premier League side Everton at this stage via
penalties.
