
Chelsea
and Everton have been handed home draws in round two of the League Cup,
while Liverpool must navigate a potential upset away from Anfield.
Chelsea, one of 25 seeded teams in the draw, will face Bristol Rovers at
Stamford Bridge if the Sky Bet League Two side defeat Cardiff City on
Thursday, live on Sky Sports 1 HD from 7.30pm.
If Rovers lose to the Bluebirds, their rivals Bristol City will travel to
west London to face Antonio Conte's side.
Ronald Koeman's first cup match as Everton manager will be against League
Two Yeovil at Goodison Park.
While Everton's Merseyside rivals Liverpool will face Championship side
Burton at the Pirelli Stadium after being given special dispensation to play
their round two fixture away from Anfield during the final construction of
their main stand.
