Falcao is confident Jose Mourinho will turn Chelsea around and improve his
own form at Stamford Bridge.
The Colombian striker has scored just once for the Blues - in the 2-1 home
defeat to Crystal Palace - since his summer loan move from Monaco.
His poor performances have mirrored those of his club, who have won just two
of their eight Premier League games so far and sit 16th in the table.
Mourinho was the subject of a public vote of confidence from Chelsea earlier
this week, the club issuing a statement saying: "We believe that we have the
right manager to turn this season around and that he has the squad with
which to do it."
And Falcao is sure the Portuguese manager will soon arrest the team's
decline and feels he is also making improvements to his own game.
We have the quality and skills to change this and reverse the situation. I'm
still fully motivated.
