Dynamo
Kiev have been ordered to play their next two European home matches behind
closed doors for their fans' racist behaviour and crowd trouble during their
match with Chelsea last month.
A third match will be played behind closed doors if they re-offend in the
next three years, and the Ukrainian club has also been fined £70,000.
Football's European anti-discrimination body Football Against Racism in
Europe (FARE) passed footage to UEFA which appeared to show an attack on
four black fans at the match in Ukraine on October 20 which ended 0-0.
Dynamo were also punished for blocking stairwells at the Olympic Stadium in
breach of safety and security regulations.
The club has been in trouble with UEFA for racist behaviour in the past.
Kiev were found guilty of "racist conduct by supporters" during home games
against Paris Saint-Germain and Bordeaux in 2013.
That led to European football's governing body ruling they must play their
next game in European competition in an empty stadium.
