Chelsea
boss Jose Mourinho insists his side will be going all out for victory
against West Brom despite having already clinched the title.
Mourinho takes his players to The Hawthorns on Monday with the Premier
League already won.
But Mourinho believes pride will be the driving force for his squad, and the
Chelsea boss reckons the same will apply with Albion.
"We all need to respect the game and play for the best result. We are going
to try (for) the maximum possible points," said Mourinho.
"I'm happy that West Bromwich Albion is also champion of their league and
they don't need points. So no pressure for us, no pressure for them.
"But for sure they want to win the last game at home and for sure we want to
try the maximum points."
Chelsea entered the weekend's fixtures with an 11-point advantage, and
Mourinho is keen to reach the 90-point mark with maximum points from the
final two games, with Sunderland playing at Stamford Bridge on the final day
of the campaign.
"To be champion is to be champion, one point more, one point less," Mourinho
said. "But the reality the maximum points possible, the better.
"The more distance you have to the second, the better. And we are going to
try."
